During manufacturing process, the "brass sealed nozzle heater" are submitted to extremely high pressure which maintain high insulation, excellent thermal exchange, lack of internal void, perfectly smooth contact area for an optimum and uniform heat transfer to every part of nozzle.
They are sealed against external agents such as melt plastic.
Their high watt density per cm2 allows a fast and safe reaching of required temperature rating.
