Metal Heating Film
The heating resistance circuit of Metal Heating Film to be built up
by the metal foils.
Metal foil is made by the very special metal alloy sheet with
thickness between
10-50micron to be insulated by two insulation sheets up and down.
The Metal-Heating Film could be totally made according to buyers'
requirements for
both the sizes and shapes.
Compared with the normal heating elements, the Metal-Heating Films
have below characteristics:

*Longer life time(Normally 10times longer than normal heating
element)
*With total thickess about 0.3mm

*Low temperature rating films (<=100degC) and High temperature
rating (<300degC) for

The flexible structure of the epoxy heating file make it could
be winded freely. The flexible
heating film could be working under 130degC continuously.
The Epoxy heating film has most characteristics of the Metal-Heating
Film. Depends on the
very special structure of the Epoxy heating film also have below
performances:
* To be made into various voltage rating (The epoxy heating material
is real solid with the
restance performance and wide resistance range which make it
possible to be made into
various voltage rating)
*Longer life period
